Parrano® Truffle Popovers

These delicate popovers are a great addition to any brunch or dinner party. You'll crave their light-airy texture and nutty-rich flavor profile. Easy and delicious!

Serves 6


1 cup whole milk

2 eggs

3/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour

1 cup Parrano® Truffle cheese diced into 1/2 inch cubes (about 12 cubes)

Cooking spray for greasing pan


1 - Preheat the oven to 375° F. Make sure your oven rack is in the bottom third of the oven (these will rise a lot so give them room).

2 - Heat ungreased popover pan in oven for 5 minutes.

3 - In a small saucepan, warm the milk until around 100° F.

4 - In a bowl, beat the eggs and salt. Slowly add warm milk. Mix well.

5 - Add the flour and mix until just combined.

6 - Remove hot popover pan from oven and spray with cooking spray.

7 - Evenly pour batter until cups are 3/4 full.

8 - Drop two cubes of Parrano® Truffle cheese into batter.

9 - Bake 40 minutes until golden brown.

10 - Serve warm and enjoy!
